The following documents describe the Interstate WQ Monitoring Pilot in Clean Water Act Reaches 0-3, extending from the Twin Cities in Minnesota to La Crosse, Wisconsin. The condition assessment provides the monitoring results and assessment of designated uses and the evaluation report assess the feasibility of the monitoring strategy and outlines recommendations. The field operations manual was used to coordinate methodology.
