Through an Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM) pilot and in partnership with UMRBA, USACE hosted an August 2018 workshop regarding strategic communications. The goal was to better understand how to implement systemic development of informed consent for the purposes of long term flood, drought, and sediment management resilience planning.
