This assessment reports the monitoring results of the 2020 pilot implementation of UMRBA's water quality monitoring strategy for the Upper Mississippi River in Reaches 8-9. The effort demonstrated that the strategy can effectively produce a shared characterization of conditions across use types - e.g., aquatic life, recreation, drinking water, and fish consumption.
