The following documents describe the UMRBA Interstate Water Quality Monitoring Pilot in Clean Water Act Reaches 8-9, extending from the Iowa River Confluence (New Boston, Illinois) to Lock and Dam 21 (Quincy, Illinois). The condition assessment provides the monitoring results and assessment of designated uses and the evaluation report assess the feasibility of the monitoring strategy and outlines recommendations. The field operations manual was used to coordinate methodology.
